| 随着人造草皮的发展，人们发现可以使用聚丙烯（PP）来代替尼龙6来生产人造草丝，人造草皮迎来了第二阶段的发展。PP材料的力学性能在众多高分子材料中算是比较优秀的，强度高，弹性优良，成本相较于尼龙6来说也大大降低了，人们也在人造草皮中添加了石英砂来增加其草皮弹性，严格来说这算是人造草产品的一个过渡期，第二阶段的人造草皮虽然在成本，草丝软硬程度以及草皮回弹性能等各个性能上都有一定程度的改善，但草丝硬，弹性不足，耐候差和易灼伤皮肤的缺陷依然明显。 With the development of artificial turf, it is found that polypropylene (PP) can be used instead of nylon 6 to produce artificial grass. The artificial sod has been developed in the second stage. The mechanical properties of PP material are excellent in many polymer materials, high in strength and good in elasticity. The cost is greatly reduced compared to nylon 6. People also add quartz sand in artificial grass to increase their SOD elasticity, which is strictly a transition period of artificial grass and second stage people. Although it has been improved to a certain extent on the cost, the hardness of the straw silk and the performance of the springback of the grass, the grass is hard, the elasticity is insufficient, the weatherability and the defects of the skin are still obvious.  It 20世纪70年代左右，线型低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）被研发成功，与低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）相比, LLDPE具有更好的抗冲击强度、耐抗穿刺性、拉伸强度和耐环境应力开裂性,又有良好的柔软性和拉伸性，以LLDPE为原材料的人造草草丝纤维的第三阶段人造草，草丝柔软程度相较于尼龙6和PP有了质的飞跃，各项运动性能相较于在添加适量的紫外线吸收剂、色母等材料后纺织成丝，覆织到聚丙烯纤维加强层的底背上，制成漂亮美观的人造草皮。草坪铺装后填充物一般分为两层，填充物底层为酸洗过的石英砂，石英砂经酸洗后，去除了石子的尖锐角，且没有任何杂质；上层为橡胶粒子。橡胶粒子最好为原生橡胶所产粒子，这样铺装后的人造草坪质地柔软，缓冲性能良好，对运动员的伤害较小，至此已经能够非常接近天然草坪的性能。 In 1970s, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) was developed successfully. Compared with low density polyethylene (LDPE), LLDPE had better impact strength, resistance to puncture, tensile strength and environmental stress cracking, good softness and tensile properties, and artificial straw fiber with LLDPE as the raw material. The third stage artificial grass, the softness of the grass silk has a qualitative leap compared to the nylon 6 and PP, and the motion performance is woven into the bottom of the polypropylene fiber reinforced layer compared to the addition of a proper amount of ultraviolet absorbent and color parent material. After the lawn paving, the filler is generally divided into two layers, the bottom of the filler is the quartz sand washed by acid. After the acid washing, the quartz sand has been removed and the sharp angle of the stone is removed without any impurities; the upper layer is rubber particles. Rubber particles are the best particles produced by primary rubber. This kind of artificial turf has a soft texture, good cushioning performance and less harm to the athletes, so it can be very close to the performance of the natural lawn. |
